You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original, undamaged condition. Please ensure that the product is complete, with original packaging and accessories. Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are clearly marked on the product page.

If the product does not meet expectations or has defects, please send us an e-mail stating the reason for return and attach photos of the product. You will then receive the appropriate return form. Incomplete forms will prevent us from processing your request.

Returns must be shipped directly to our international supplier outside of your home country. After registering your return at info@griffin-cole.us. you will receive the exact return address. Return costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safety of your package.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will either replace it or issue a refund within 5 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your return has been processed.

Exchange of Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for exchange, even if the size is incorrect. Please check sizing carefully before making a purchase.

Right to Cancel an Order

The customer has the right to cancel an order within 1 hour of confirmation, without providing a reason. After this period, the order leaves the fulfillment center and is passed on for shipment, which makes cancellation no longer possible.
